Fall 2026 Move In Dates
Greek Village – August 9th – Check-in 9am to 5pm
Honors Freshman- August 14th – Check-in 9am to Noon
Upperclassmen – August 15th – Check-in Noon to 5pm
Freshmen – August 16th – Check-in varies
Move-in times for freshmen assigned to Living Learning Communities are specific to each building. Incoming freshmen assigned to Living Learning Communities will receive information about their move-in time and traffic route via email during the summer.
Fall Early Arrival to UCA
The Early Move-In Days for Fall 2026 are
August 9th – Check-in 9am to 5pm
August 11th – Check-in Noon to 8pm
The Early Arrival form opens on July 1st at 10am and will close on July 30th at noon.
You can find the Early Arrival form on my.uca.edu in your MyHousing Portal under the ‘My Room’ tab.
Early Arrival forms are automatically approved and do not require verification. Once you complete the form, you are able to arrive early on August 9th or 11th, 2026. Meal Plans will not be available for early arrival.
Freshman Notice: Please note that move-in volunteers are not available during early arrival. Volunteers are only scheduled to assist students on LLC Move-In Day. Please ensure that your BearCard Mobile is active and set up on your cellphone’s digital wallet. You will need it for door access.
Fall 2026 Early Arrival Rates

Double Room rate: $175
Single Room rate: $231August 11th – Check-in from Noon to 8pm
Double Room rate: $125

Group Early Arrival
All group directors (SOS team, athletic teams, RSOs, student staff, IEP students, Ambassadors, Student Associates/Peer Mentors) that require early arrival for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will need to complete this form in order to appropriately apply for Early Arrival for the Fall semester.
Only the Group Director needs to complete this form.Students will apply through the Housing portal by going to myUCA > My Housing > My Room > Early Arrival Request.
